The flavored white balsamic in a 250 ml bottle.  Pictured is the 250ml bottle with a flavored dark balsamic.

White balsamic tends to be softer in flavor.  Real fruit is added and it all goes through a 1-2 hour reduction.  It is then strained, cooled and bottled.

The lavender, mint, blood orange, other citrus and some herbs are from our estate.  We don't spray and all is watered from a well over 500 feet deep.

The whites are good on a butter lettuce salad, fresh fruit over cream cheese, brie or other soft cheeses or as a dip.

The bottle size is 250ml $10ea   You can do a mixed case.

The balsamics carry the Fattoria Muia label which is Carl's Italian heritage.

HOLY HOT PEACHES.....made with real peaches, this has a peppery rich peach flavor that's good on white cheeses, yogurt, over chicken, as a dip.  Very popular.

LOVELY LAVENDER.....French lavender from our estate, this tastes just like the fragrance.  Good on butter lettuce, fresh fruit.

MAPLE SYRUP...made with organic maple syrup, this unusual balsamic is good on fruit, baked ham, soft white cheeses, butter lettuce & even ice cream. NEW 2014

MINT.....from our estate, fresh garden mint,  that was given to me by a good friend who loved to garden.  This makes an unusual dressing or sprinkled on fresh fruit.

PEAR NUTMEG.....A wonderful autumnal fragrance and taste.  It's like dessert on a salad.  Very popular.

WHITE BALSAMIC UNFLAVORED.....for those that want plain balsamic, this is it.  Softer flavor than the dark balsamic.
