All of our desserts are prepared in our estate kitchen and we try to use as many organic ingredients as possible. Cakes are sold whole and will be frozen and then shipped.

Rhubarb Cake (Limited Edition)

Made with finely chopped fresh rhubarb (when in season), warm ingredients & brown sugar this is a real treat.  Carl’s favorite.  It freezes well & lasts up to a week in the refrigerator.  It also is good as French toast. No frosting needed. Sold in whole cake size (9×13), $25.

Olive Oil cake

Made with our own Fattoria Muia extra virgin olive oil, crushed walnuts and citrus accents such as Grande Marnier.  No frosting needed on this yummy cake. It freezes well & is good up to a week in the refrigerator…if it lasts that long.  Also good as French toast. Sold as whole cake (9×13), $25.
